Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygienic liners are intact and securely fastened.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
